The apartments are in the 14-storey tower and also in the 5-storey building next to it, all with sea view. See pic. 3.
These elegant holiday apartments are located directly in front of the Martianez beach in Puerto de la Cruz, the pearl of the north. There are breathtaking views from the 14-storey building, obviously the higher you go the better the view over the Atlantic and along the coastline.
The windows go all the way down to the floor and who suffers from vertigo better books the 5-storey building next door.
The small harbour town of Puerto de la Cruz offers endless character and interesting places to see, restaurants, beach cafes, sea water pools, the largest parrot park in Europe and a long history of British presence.
All apartments are comfortably large and very well furnished with TV, etc. The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A special room is setaside on the ground floor for washing machines. There is a large communal pool and also a 24hour reception.
Cleaning services can be arranged as an extra through reception at a cost of 30,-- euros.
A laundry room with washing machines/dryers is available at 8,-- euros per machine.
Ironing facilities provided gratis.

This luxury apartment is located on the so called "Caviar Hill" near Puerto de la Cruz in a expensive Villa district. The view from here is like out of a movie.
The views are simply stunning, you can see Mount Teide, the highest mountain of Spain (3.715 m), the Orotava valley and Puerto de la Cruz, the most interesting tourist town of the north. Just the view from here is worth the journey, the only noise is the sound of the sea.
The famous German botanist and explorer "Alexander von Humboldt" visited this island over 200 years ago and stood on this hill, and all he said looking at this was: " never have my eyes seen anything more beautiful……".
The holiday apartment (128 m2) with own garden, which is like a green terrace above the Atlantic Ocean, is situated below the main house, but totally separate from it and has it's own entrance - like a private house.
There is a large living room with SAT-TV (also English channels) DVD-player.
Next to it is a very nice and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dish washer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 comfortable double beds and large wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with corner-tub/WC. Another bathroom with shower/WC is near the hallway

La Matanza is located about 10 minutes by car from “Puerto de la Cruz” and is the sunniest region of the north. The area is “wild romantic” steep coasts above the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by vineyards and gentle slopes. The dream view from here is free of charge.
The penthouse is situated on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and has a total size of 130 m2 (inside/outside) with own entrance. The pool, 7 x 3 m) can be heated on request and has a jet stream. Above the pool is another terrace with garden furniture and dream views.
The living area has a total size of 60 m2, there is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with 2 single mattresses, SAT-TV, open fireplace, central heating and a sofa bed for an additional person.

This beautiful old villa lies in a 3000m² large park with pool, 10 minutes walk from Puerto de la Cruz and the sea. There are several Apartments in the villa and in the park around in separate guesthouses available, each one very tastefully decorated. The villa was built in 1875 and was owned by a very wealthy Spanish family. 1994 the villa has been luxuriously restored completely but still reminds of the splendour of past times.
There are banana plantations in and around the premises, (help yourself with free bananas) large sun terraces, pool and gardens providing shady corners and a very nice garden kitchen with barbecue. There is also a typical bodega available for the guest.
